Booking & Charges

Hall Hire Charges 

Our rates are:

  • One off events
    (like parties or AGMs):
£8.50 an hour
  • Jumble Sales:
£20 for 10am-4pm
  • Regular
    (weekly or monthly) bookings:
£7 an hour

There is also a £20 deposit for parties, for damage and the state of the hall.

All money is ploughed back into the hall.

Making  your  booking

To book the Hall:
  1. Ensure you've read the terms & conditions before booking the hall.

  2. Use the diary to find a free date.

    We try to keep the on-line diary in sink with the off-line one, but its best to supply a second date as well. Remember your times must include time for setting up and clearing up.

  3. Email fuchsia.groan@virgin.net or phone the Hall Secretary, Janet Miller, on Leighton Buzzard 385326 and leave a message on the answering service.

    We won't accept your booking unless you include the event or function, your name, telephone number and address. It helps to say when you want it too.

    Unless you tell us otherwise, your booking will be listed as a Private Booking in the diary, and only those concerned with the administration of the hall or this web site will be able to see it. If you do want your function to appear in the public listings you might like to supply an URL or email address that we can link to.

Eventually you'll be able to reserve dates online; one day pigs might fly, too.
